Role purpose:

  • Development and implementation of territory business plan to grow the business.

  • Detailing OTC and Gx products to pharmacists within the pharmacy either individually or in groups.

  • Training of pharmacy staff to drive recommendation of company products.

  • Take the push-order as per defined target and product priorities.

  • Push for new business / launches.

  • Reinforce commercial offer and terms presentation.

  • Set sales targets and define top products / priorities mix.

  • Speech directed to profitability when selling.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Pharmacy or Business Administration or equivalent. 

Skills and Abilities

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure - must have the mental stamina to handle the pressure of sales quotas

Excellent communication skills

Analytical skills

Integrity and a professional approach to work

Main Accountabilities:

  • Maintenance of Mylan Quality System;
  • Preparation, review and maintenance of Local Quality SOPs;
  • Review of batch documentation and data generated by temperature monitoring devices;
  • Approval of labelling records;
  • Review of compliance with the Falsified Medicines Directive and management of relevant associated systems;
  • Support warehouse/Technical Direction activities associated with GDPs;
  • Management of Complaints;
  • Management of Trackwise records;
  • Processing of deviations, CAPA and Change Controls;
  • Review of Product Quality Reviews;
  • Review of stability data from suppliers;
  • Preparation and maintenance of Technical Agreements;
  • Perform Self-Inspections;
  • Qualification and Assessment of Suppliers;
  • Qualification of customers;
  • Management of recalls;
  • Management of returns;
  • Management of Quality Incidents;
  • Quality Induction Training;
  • Elaboration of Monthly Quality Metrics;
  • Active communication with International teams and with suppliers.

Education/Experience

Degree in Pharmaceuticals Sciences. Minimum of 3 year(s) of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance experience is required. 

Experience in the systems Trackwise, SAP and Tracelink is a plus.

Language Skills

Mylan’s business language is English.  The successful candidate must have strong fluency in English with the ability to read, write and understand fully, laws, regulations, company policies and other business records.
